Mr. Sega has more than 25 years of experience in the field of management and IT consulting. His first job after college involved planning and development of a steelmaking process computer at a large steel company. As the company’s youngest team leader ever, he was responsible for system development and consultation activities. Mr. Sega then joined a large U.S. IT consulting firm where he worked in the solution business for SCM, CRM, e-procurement and other sectors. He became a director of the Japan office and then a vice president of the U.S. company. Next, Mr. Sega became the CEO of a global IT company where he quickly established a powerful business foundation. The company started growing and was acquired by a major securities company. Mr. Sega was next the operating partner of a global fund. In this position, he identified investment opportunities mainly in the IT and other high-tech sectors and assisted portfolio companies in boosting corporate value. As the manager of marketing and e-commerce at the world’s largest apparel company, Mr. Sega was responsible for building a business model for growth, a task that included brand strategies, big data and other activities. He established AMBC in 2014. He is a graduate of Yokohama National University with a degree in information engineering.
Dr. Ichikawa started his career at Laboratories of Major electronic equipment company, as a researcher of software engineering, especially visual programming, and program visualization. He was also a visiting scholar of the university of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was a board member of the Japan Unix Society, and originally build up the nkf (Network Kanji Filter, aka freeware) to contribute Unix and internet communities. In 1996, Dr. Ichikawa joined the life media project of the Major electronic equipment company, as incubator. And it opens the web site, “lifemedia”, which is a research, marketing, and point earning site for consumers. Since 2000, Dr. Ichikawa was a director of the Media company, which had been spin-out from the Major electronic equipment company. He designed, managed and build the entire whole system of "lifemedia" more than two decades, from the hardware infrastructures to the analytics of user behavior, from the frontend web pages to the backend account statistics. He holds a doctor degree of information engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology.
Mr. Nabeta has been working in the IT service providers over 20 years.He has been joined as a developer and project manager with a wide range of systems, for example, business core systems, measurement systems for a nuclear physics laboratory, and game software development. In an enterprise company, he achieved business performance improvement and cost reduction both. Finally, he moved to a SI consulting company, and he was in charge of solution business improving CRM. He is now in charge of the solution business through CRM improvement.
Mr. Matsushita has focused on driving and supporting business strategies through IT systems, mainly in the mechanical parts manufacturing company and consulting company. His responsibilities have included managing business system and information system, websites and e-commerce platforms, and implementing related strategies. His experience covers a range of areas, such as enhancing inventory management for products targeting a small number of customers, designing and developing advanced analytical functionalities (including multi-dimensional analysis and drill-down capabilities predating the common use of BI tools), and developing and executing sales growth initiatives via web and e-commerce channels, encompassing SEO, promotional activities, and product portfolio optimization. Currently, he specializes in building systems within the management accounting domain, primarily leveraging SAP solutions, with a focus on promoting digitalization and enhancing efficiency. He graduated from the School of Social Sciences at Waseda University and holds certifications as an IT Strategist, Production Engineer, and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Ms Kume has worked in the telecommunications and/or IT services companies for more than 30 years. At a foreign computer company, she was a designer, developper, and project managager of mission-critical systems of telecommunication carriers. When she worked for a foreign telecommunication equipment company, she managed the project for network construction and she was as the evangelist of new products into the Japanese market. And she successfully developed a new business model for the introduction of new products, she established the Japanese Quality Standard Delivery. She has received the Outstanding Vendor Award from the telecommunications carrier for the results of her quality improvement activities for two consecutive years. Graduated from Yamagata University, majoring in information engineering.
